The Hiring ProcessContinental Labor and Staffing Resources prides itself on quality placement. We want to place the right candidate in the right position, the first time. To assess the fit of our candidates for our positions, we use the following process to determine what position is right for you. STEP 1: Review of a completed application and resume. STEP 2: If skills and experience match a position we are currently recruiting for, an interview is scheduled. STEP 3: An applicants employment history and skills are verified. STEP 4: Applicants for particular positions are invited back to participate in our ASSESSMENT PROGRAM. This system tests over 1,000 different skills and aptitudes and will assist our Staffing Coordinators in evaluating an applicant's true capabilities. STEP 5: Applicants are invited back to participate in a Pre-Hire Orientation and Safety Awareness Course. This is required of all applicants, regardless of position. A pre-employment drug test is conducted. Additional Background Checks such as Pre-Employment Credit Checks or Criminal Background Investigations are also conducted at this stage if requested by our clients. STEP 7: Candidates are sent on second interviews directly with one of our clients. STEP 8: After successful completion of this process, applicants are now eligible to be placed on assignment with one of our clients.
