Safety
CULTURE
We pride ourselves on teaching safety as a culture that flows throughout our organization. At Continental, we believe that if you BELIEVE in Safety, you will act SAFELY. We also believe in, strive for, and promote to our member clients the goal of work envrionments 100% free of accidents. Safety starts from the very beginning with an inspection of our client’s site and carries through our offices, each equipped with a Safety Advisor and training rooms dedicated to safety instruction. Each Continental employee goes through safety training prior to placement with a client and since we understand that continued education is just as important as initial instruction, Continental requires that our employees participate in continued safety courses. We open those classes to our clients’ other employees to help foster the safety culture in our business partners as well.
